Nathan is a Physiotherapist with a strong focus on musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain management. He takes a holistic approach to care, addressing the root causes of pain to provide lasting solutions. Nathan is skilled in manual therapy and has experience in treating a variety of neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
Nathan earned his physiotherapy degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Modern Acupuncture for Rehabilitation (with Distinction) from the University of Hong Kong. He has also completed training in Kinesio Taping and is currently pursuing an MSc in Motion Analysis at the University of Dundee. Additionally, he is working toward the Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy, which leads to the FCAMPT designation.

Tina is a Physiotherapist and Pedorthist with an evidence-based approach to care. She focuses on musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain, specializing in orthotics and biomechanical gait assessments to help improve mobility. Tina also incorporates rehabilitative Pilates to enhance strength and flexibility, particularly for patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Her experience includes working with athletes, older adults, and multidisciplinary teams, allowing her to adapt her treatment approaches to a wide range of patients.
Tina achieved a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University, a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton, and a Diploma in Pedorthics from Western University. She is also trained in acupuncture and dry needling, providing additional tools for pain management and mobility improvement.
